Joan is a 56 year old small-scale farmer from Uganda. She is married, and has six children, three of whom are married and self sufficient, while the other three are still in school. Her husband is a small-scale farmer, as well.

Joan did not yet undergo her mass removal.

Consequently, the doctor decided to allow her to return home without undergoing the surgery and we hope she will return soon. Our sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
